Jairo E. Gonzalez, President and board member. For the past 10 years has developed and designed, cost effective, food waste and organics recycling programs both in urban/rural settings with the goal of creating healthy soils, sustainable businesses and food waste reduction programs, while diverting organics waste from incinerators and landfills. Jairo is a Master Composter and Zero Waste specialist. He holds a BS in Political Science from the University of Oregon and an MFA from Vermont College of Fine Arts.

Dr. Sara Elnakib is an Educator/Assistant Professor of the Department of Family & Community Health Sciences at Rutgers Cooperative Extension and Research Associate for the New Jersey Healthy Kids Initiative (NJHKI). Her research focuses on the use of policy, systems, and environmental approaches to promote child health equity and environmental stewardship, primarily in school and community settings. Sara has received research funding from the EPA and Horizon Foundation to research the intersection of nutrition literacy, environmental education, and healthy eating.
Mr. Coker has over 40 years experience in the planning, permitting, design, construction and operation of organics recycling facilities processing animal manures, animal mortalities, food wastes, biosolids, yard trimmings and source-separated organic solid wastes, as well as in the marketing and sales of compost and compost-amended horticultural products.
